WHO CAN USE PPB 2020

THE GOVERNOR

The Governor of Bayelsa State has a dashboard to view full details of each uploaded projects from any ministry. He can login and check if the projects he has assigned to ministries to carry-out is ongoing, pending or completed

THE COMMISSIONER OR DESK OFFICER IN MINISTRIES

All ministries in Bayelsa State also has a dashboard where they can login and upload the current status of any project being given to them by the Governor. Although, the commissioner or desk officer in the ministry has the power to make any project post public for the individuals in Bayelsa State to login, see and make comments.

 THE PUBLIC

Any individual in Bayelsa State who finds this website and creates an account will have the chance to see any project and make comment. The public is given the opportunity to respond back with text and images confirming if the project is really same as what the ministry uploaded.
